What has happened in Valencia?

On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, the Valencian Community was struck by one of the worst environmental catastrophes of the last decade. Devastating floods and landslides have left many communities without homes, without food, and in desperate need of assistance.

In the Quran, Allah teaches us about the importance of solidarity with those in need: “The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:261). This is the time to act with generosity, helping our brothers and sisters in Valencia to rebuild their lives and restore their dignity.

Your donations will be directly employed in:

  • Immediate Assistance: Food, drinking water, and necessary supplies for the affected families.
  • Spiritual Support: Assistance for the emotional and spiritual recovery of those affected.
